During that time I:

  • Oversaw SLA governance, escalations and stakeholder alignment

  • Completed IBM’s Basic Blue Management Certification

  • Worked with high-profile enterprise accounts including DEFRA, Pfizer and AstraZeneca

Founder & Consultancy Experience

In 2012, I founded WEBXMEDIA Ltd, building it into a digital growth and delivery partner serving clients across healthcare, automotive, consultancy, retail and regulated sectors.

Over 13+ years, I:

  • Led strategy and delivery across SEO, PPC, content, web, automation and digital transformation

  • Built long-term partnerships with organisations including the NHS, Crown Aesthetics (Revance), JVR Consultancy and ESG Pro

  • Designed and implemented automation-first workflows and AI-driven optimisation systems

  • Delivered technical architecture, performance optimisation and growth strategy

  • Bridged commercial, creative and technical teams to drive measurable outcomes

Most recently, I’ve operated at Head of Digital / Growth scope within a £multi-million e-commerce environment, reporting directly to owner-level leadership.
